Apocalypse, Trask, Sinister, with Shaw and Mystique ringing in at 4th and 5th. I'd say Magneto, but he plays good guy just as often as bad; at least with Mystique you know she's going to stab you in the back lol.

I like Magneto and Mystique because they're complex; they're both ruthless and vengeful, but they also have interesting motivations that kind of allow you to understand why they do the things they do. I like Mr. Sinister because he's a devious, mysterious, Mephisto-esque character, and you can't always instantly tell what he's after. That's why he's usually an entertaining villain.
