really great threads! The Jean Grey, Psylocke and Rachel threads in particular were my favorite because they really opened my eyes to what the characters are capable of, I thought a lot less of them before. But everything is great, thank you

But I would like to add for psylocke's telekinesis that she can create a telekinetic bubble in people's brain and give them a stroke, and also crush a brain. This would be a great feat to add that can be referenced for morals-off fights. From New Excalibur 9

Just finished with the Stryfe RT. I broke it down into Telepathy feats and Telekinesis feats . Let me know what you think of it. Any inaccuracies or missing feats, etc.

There is a lot of Jean bias going on where the feats aren't presented honestly:

1) Why are Jean feats with the Phoenix Force included as Jean feats without mentioning she was being boosted by the PF at the time? This is true of all of her feats in New X-Men starting after New X-Men #120.

In the Jean scan, Emma stated she was taken by surprise by Jean's mental shout. In the Emma scan, it was plainly established that Jean was vulnerable to Emma. Not only that, but Emma's launched a sustained attack where Jean had to rely on Storm to stop the White Queen. In other words, Jean could not stop it on her own. Meaninwhile, in the Jean scan, that psychic shout was just a short burst that caught Emma off-guard. The Emma instance is an actual feat while the Jean instance in a non-feat.

5) Jean attacking Storm's mind is not a feat since Storm is generally not given her mental defenses while she and Jean are on the same team. It's actually a pattern that goes all the way back to the 90s. I'd argue that any telepath could've bested Ororo in the Jean instances referenced in her respect thread.

6) How are those Jean feats from Revolution counted in this? She had Psylocke's telepathy in addition to her own. She did not do those things under her own power. This should be really brought out.

1) Jean had a connection to the Phoenix from 120 but didn't become it's host until 150. Unless you believe that a Phoenix host can't fly in space or would die in the sun.

Anyways the feats list have all been replicated and surpassed by both 90s and current Jean,so we can still apply them. Not to mention that Cassandra Nova fought Jean in new Xmen twice and admits that current Jean has grown stronger.

2)the feat was included because it's a feat of Jean directly attacking Emmas mind.

The other scan was not included because Emma isn't doing anything to Jean. Emma is mentally torturing a girl and Jean (who is very Empathic is sensing the girls pain. Even the Xmen can hear the girls screams through their link with Jean and day that Jean is not the one in pain.

It's basically a case like Jean sensing the pain of a dead dog in Xmen unlimited and breaking down in tears in Xmen unlimited or Jean sensing her teammates dying one by one and breaking down in tears In house of x.

It's not a feat of Emma being able to hurt Jean.

3) first of all that's not proof that Jean can't take control of non Telepaths. Just because Jean transfered her mind into the nearest Telepath doesn't mean she Cant possess none Telepaths. That wouldn't even make sense since non Telepaths have less Telepathic defenses than Telepaths.

Also Jean recently took control of Emma frost and suppressed her mind in the Jean grey solo, so your 90s statement is outdated.

4)cool feat. As expected of a high level Telepath.

5) don't even which Instance you're talking about,but storm has been affected by Telepaths so many times, we can't call it PIS again

A lot of this happened recently even with Jean not being around in more than half of these.

6) Revolution amp is a permanent amp unless you can prove that Jean has lost it. Psylocke still has Jeans telekinesis so there's no reason why Jean would no longer have Psylockes telepathy.

So until we get a statement about Jean losing them, she still has and her revolution feats remain valid.

7)great feat, Emma continues to impress.

Anyway, you get the point. Jean had the PF from issue 120 forward. In 150, it fully awakened within her, but, again, she was being boosted by it all along.

2) Jean was not being overwhelmed because of some empathic power. She specifically references the psychic backlash of Emma's attack on the girl's mind that's overwhelming her. Also, Emma stated that Jean caught her by surprise in the thing you referenced.

3) The issue stated that Jean was in dire straits and needed to transfer her mind. That is why she went to the nearest telepath. On top of that, it was established that she would've never been able to inhabit Emma's body had the White Queen's mind been active. On the flip side, Emma was stated to be able to send her mind into anyone, even if the person's mind was active in their body and they were a non-telepath.

4) Jean taking possession of Emma via a psychic sucker punch doesn't help you especially considering that even unconscious, Emma was eventually going to boot Jean out of her. Jean said she could not hold Emma down for long eventhouth Emma was unconscious. Then, on top of that, unconscious Emma was giving a hard time to Teen Jean as well as Jean. Again, this is not helping you.

5) You can't say Jean kept Psylocke's power after Revolution since there is a gap in what happened after. We don't even know how Jean became a TK again. That said, the point is moot since from New X-Men #120 forward, she was possessed by the Phoenix Force.

1) Wrong. If Jean were serving as an avatar, she would have been capable of flying unaided in space. She explains clearly that Logan unlocked the Phoenix Consciousness when he killed her. You should know already that Jean can tap into the Phoenix Force much like Hope Summers can because of her connection, and you do. Stop lying.

2) So, what? They both caught each other off-guard. Jean was connected to someone Emma was hurting. Emma go caught in Jean's telepathic pain inducement. Emma couldn't stop the pain, nor could she reduce it. Deal with it.

3) No, Xavier didn't establish that Jean would never have been able to possess Emma if Emma were still in her body. Xavier said it would have been difficult for Jean to do so. He doesn't say that it is impossible or that Jean couldn't do it.

4) No, it helps greatly because Emma wasn't unconscious at all. Not initially. Emma was clearly aware of it all the entire time, but couldn't do anything about it. Jean admits that she couldn't do it forever. That is a display of Frosts will and power, but the fact that Jean could subdue Emma to begin with goes to show who as the greater mental fortitude. If Emma were supposed to be more powerful than Jean, than Emma would have kicked Jean out immediately or quicker than you insinuate, not for the amount of time for Teen Jean to stumble like an idiot because she is a novice telepath compared to both Emma and the real Jean.

5) No, she was not possessed by the Phoenix Force. Jean straight confirms that it was locked away. Stop Lying.

And to your other lie, you have no proof to suggest Psylocke's powers ever faded. Betsy never got her telepathy back until waaaayyy later and if something like that were to happen, Morrison would have mentioned as such. No mention was made. Besides, none of this even matters because in the end, Cassandra Nova straight says that Jean is more powerful than she was in New X-Men, so I am gonna tell you what geekryan told you. No one believes and no one is gonna believe you so
