I mean come on guys.. Ghost Rider has metal spikes on his gear/uniform. Why does anyone think Magneto wouldn't stand a chance against Johnny in a random encounter?

Can he not use his powers against Ghost Rider or something? I've never heard that.

The metal on his uniform is hardly significant enough to magnetize Ghost Rider - in addition GR simply has many more abilities at his disposal, including immortality.

if magneto wants to stay alive he would stay far away from the rider. GR would pence stare him to death before magneto can do anything.
