Jean is probably the most bland and boring marvel character ever. She has no personality at all, and hasn't really been relevant or interesting since the DP Saga. One of Marvels biggest mistakes was to bring her back.
@fesak: Elements of that are true, but when comparing Jean to Rachel? That's insane. Rachel was boring, dull and hardly explored throughout her time with the X-Men.
Vulcan! I seriously wanted to punch Xavier when I learned about the fate of his team in Deadly Genesis! And I hated the way writers butchered him, turning into a cliched mad conquerer!

They should have redeemed him before he killed his father and the events after Rise and Fall occurred.
He should be! The fact that he beat "omega level" Vulcan like a dog, makes him an Omega IMHO

Havok's a veteran X-Man who's experienced with his powers. Moreover, he was supercharged by being thrown into a star and ridiculously angry/vengeful at that point (having been incarcerated for months, watched the torture of his friends and lover and witnessed the death of his father). Vulcan's little more than an angsty teenager who's inexperienced with the use of his powers. Omega potential's a measure of potential not current ability.
Your right about the circumstances and I understand where your coming from, but I get really pissed of with the classifications of who are Alpha, Omega etc..... I'm sure we all have our opinions on the matter.
Jean Grey, the White Phoenix of the Crown - I really want them to do a series focused on her cosmic adventures. With the vast power of the Phoenix Force, she could become a character similar in power to Classic Dr. Strange!
