Wanda and Pietro have been written out of Magneto's bloodline for the sake of movie rights, but do you think it would stretch the imagination too far to think the High Evolutionary was indeed aware of a woman carrying what would be mutant twins and using that element of truth to feed into his elaborate lie as she boards a cargo ship to set sail across the Atlantic?

What if Magda fled to Canada and bore Northstar and Aurora? Their combined light powers have some ties to the electro-magnetic spectrum and there's quite a coincidental parallel between them and the OG Children of Magnus, a speedster son and a daughter with a history of mental illness. The Beaubiers' origin is riddled with tragedy losing their parents and bouncing around foster homes, Magda could have died in childbirth weary from her travels or could have met who they grew up believing to be their father and raising them without knowledge of their mutant heritage.

Do y'all think we should just leave well enough alone and accept that Magneto's only offspring is Polaris or do you think his connection to the twins was a stronger element of his character and maybe in discovering he is indeed a father thrice over would drive him into a more passionate siege to make a better world for mutants no matter the cost?

I know Mags has had his ups and downs, but he just doesn't strike me as that kind of brute. (At least in regards to his own family) I do know that where Carter's story ends it's revealed there's a dark psionic presence influencing him which was intended to be Cassandra Nova...who's dabbled in the Hellfire pool where the father may reside...

For some possible movie synergy, which I'm not a fan of for sure, but maybe Wanda and Pietro were led to believe Mags was their father and placed in a position by Hydra or some other nefarious secret world domination type organization to try and infiltrate mutantkind as a source of power.
