It was dumb of them to do this considering they could have gotten away with saying they (o5) were from an alternate reality after all, and wouldn't the changes to their history alter the history of 616?? I don't know, it's all so stupid and confusing. I would suggest they really just end the X-Men franchise at this point, but, with Dinsey having the right and movies forthcoming this franchise will be their bread and butter and instead of complaining about all this being confusing, we will be complaining about it being geared towards kids and the characters having their looks, races and sexuality altered to resemble their film counterparts.

Such a garbage storyline and idea!! I agree with @cattlebattle and say just end it. Or completely reboot and rewrite/modernize some stories that don't age well and not with a whole bunch or sjw altering either
