I would go with Emma in charge because she would inevitably create conflict and uber-bitchery.  Then Rogue, because she's ace, Storm, because her powers are amazing, Dust, to argue with Emma about captilism v fundamentalism, Psylocke and, even though she doesn't have any powers any more, Dani Moonstar.  Just cos I like her.

I really loved the lineup of girls: Storm, Rogue, Psylocke, and Dazzler!  Not only do they have a lot of history together, but they're all iconic characters in their own rights.  I really loved the reunion bit of these characters during the Sisterhood arc.
