Yes, I don't remember exactly how giant his size was, but before being enhance with technokinetic powers, in Rise of Apocalypse, a 4-issue Limited Series telling Apocalypse origins, he did. I think he was 2~3 average-human size tall... Not so sure.

He did it to his arm in AOA, so he should be able to do it to his whole body
