We just got another new X-Men series, Generation Hope is just around the corner, and the New X-Men are going to feature in X-Men: Legacy... No more new titles.
Don't get me wrong, I'd rather see the New X-Men than the new X-Men or generation Hope... but I can't stand Marvel ripping off it's fans with endless titles.
X-Men
Team » X-Men appears in 13419 issues.
The X-Men are a superhero team of mutants founded by Professor Charles Xavier. They are dedicated to helping fellow mutants and sworn to protect a world that fears and hates them.
Do you want a new New X-men on-going series?
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh where's the Scarlet Witch to utter those 3 words again...and this time no exceptions!
They wont make another cause young x-men was a flop.
I miss having a book that was just about the kids, not Rogue drama with a hint of teenagers.
Legacy has become a TV Drama, "A young counselor (Rogue) learns to adjust to her new way of life (touching) while dealing with her long time love (Remy) and the reappearance of her love long ago (Erik)."
There is only one New X-Men, and it is the best book Marvel has ever published.
MAGNETO WAS XORN, DEAL WITH IT, PEOPLE! (gets dragged off by orderlies) It's the truth! They just want you to forget!
" @danhimself said:why not...New Mutants and Academy X were both great series and the best portrayals of the New X-men" not unless Kyle and Yost are writing it "

I went back and got the trades for New X-men after enjoying Kyle and Yost's X-Force relaunch.
Gotta say, it was a real letdown. The Roger Cruz-ish artwork made all the characters look the same, some of the dialogue was pretty irritating or stilted, and it overall was extremely, monotonously depressing for a book about kids. I'm aware the mutant's world is not a happy one but this was too much.
Also, Kyle and Yost do some great things with the core X-men characters but their Emma Frost is awful. Always over-the-top bitchy and blatantly manipulative to the point where it conflicted with her portrayal in the other X-books.
So, I vote "No" and am more looking forward to Gillen's Generation Hope.

Though I do love some of the newer mutants, particularly X-23, Hellion and Elixir.
" @The Dark Huntress said:Sorry, sometimes it's just so hard to tell on the internet. I loved both series, although the Morrison one was seriously hampered for me by what some people like to refer to as Frank Quitely's "art"." @FadeToBlackBolt said:I was kidding :) Though I do love some of the newer mutants, particularly X-23, Hellion and Elixir.
