Usually these lists select unique, odd power sets and ignore any characterization. So it's always characters like Beak, Maggot, Cypher, Marrow, etc. It's a crappy way to evaluate the value of a character.

Hardly. He was brought up on a warrior planet so he has some really good fighting skills. He was never an X-Man though so he has no place on the list.

Not only Beak, but Longneck and Forearm.

Beak is far from useless, he saved the multiverse during his time with the Exiles. How many other X-Men has saved the multiverse?

I thought it was a pretty decent list.  Some of them I wouldn't have put on the list, but they're just the writer's opinions.   
Pretty funny commentary though.

I could see how a CHILD who believes that super heroes only get into fist fights, might think Cypher has a weak power...  However, he has the potential to become one of the most powerful people in the galaxy.
 
Cypher automatically learns ANY language...The language of the universe is MATH...  This means Cypher is instantly a super human PROGRAMMER/ENGINEER...  He can (and currently does) hack into any system...  It was with Cypher's help that Warlock beat his father...  Iron-Man is powerful because he's smart enough to be able to design the Iron-Man suit.  Engineers need the ability to do math coupled with imagination.  (Yes, I'm an engineer and a scientist.)  If you read what cypher has done since being resurrected by Selene, you see that he's helped the X-Men win some SERIOUS battles.  No, he's not on the front line with his fists, but when it comes to talking to computers, he's unstoppable...  
 
If I were to put together a new X-Men team, I'd definitely want Cypher on it.  A super team, in today's world, HAS to have it's tech people...  Saying Cypher is worthless is simply ignorant...

Wolverine's the worst x man, seriously.  He's got adamantium claws, plus the skeleton, a ridiculous healing factor, and the ability to survive pretty much anything that happens to him.  That is just stupid.

These lists are always so shallow. 
 
Some of those characters were not good, but their reasons were poor and superficial.
