    Gambit, Jubilee, and Storm, alongside many other mutants, are forced to do slave labor in Genosha. Storm is thrown into an isolated cell after attempting to escape. Jubilee plans to break out, but her plan is betrayed to the guards by Gambit, and she is thrown into the cell next to Storm's. When Gambit makes a break for it he runs into Cable. Cable helps Gambit get his power inhibitor collar off and then they part ways. Gambit helps Jubilee and Storm escape their cells and they free the other mutants.
