John Greycrow is a Native American mutant, as well as one of the oldest mutants alive as he has fought in wars since World War II when his powers are first known to have manifested themselves.

Victor Creed is the feral mutant called Sabretooth. He was a member/subject of the Weapon X Project and is the arch-enemy of Wolverine. Unlike Wolverine, Sabretooth embraces his primal instincts, leaving death in his wake. Due to a spell gone wrong by Scarlet Witch, Sabretooth got inverted and became a more heroic person for a while.
Heather McNeil took over the leadership of Alpha Flight following the death of her husband Guardian, through the use of his Battle Suit. After her husband was revived and resumed the role of Guardian, Heather became the Vindicator and continued to be a member of Alpha Flight.
James MacDonald Hudson was the original Guardian and the first leader, and creator, of Alpha Flight. He seemingly perished in the midst of battle and his widow, Vindicator, took over the reigns of leadership after his death. He has since returned and is once again the leader of Alpha Flight.
Bella Donna is Gambit's first love and former wife. Heiress to the highest rank in the Assassins Guild and the current leader of the Unified Guild of New Orleans. She is a ruthless mercenary, but still harbors a soft spot for Gambit.
Former leader of the Thieves' Guild. When a young Remy tried to pick his pocket, Jean Luc caught and then adopted him. He has raised Gambit up as his own son. He seems to be a widower.

Marius was once the leader of the New Orleans Assassins Guild. Marius is also the father of Belladonna, once the wife of mutant and X-Men Gambit.
The younger sister of Colossus. Illyana Rasputin is a mutant teleporter, a sorceress, and the ruler of Limbo, who is currently a member of Storm's team of mutants residing in the "Jean Grey Institute for Higher Learning".
Christopher Nord, better known as Maverick, was a mercenary for hire who was once a member of the CIA's Team X and later a subject of Weapon X. For a time he operated as Agent Zero until he was de-powered following the Decimation.
Doctor Cornelius for the most part was blackmailed into joining the Weapon X Program. He was a fugitive on the run from the United States known as the "Mercy Killer" quack.
Banshee was a mutant with a sonic scream. Born in Ireland, he pursued a career in Interpol, the X-Men, Generation X as Co-Headmaster, and founded X-Corp. He was the father of Theresa Cassidy as well as Black Tom Cassidy's cousin. He has since become bonded to the Spirit of Variance.
Riptide a member of the Marauders. He is a Marvel villain that has the power to spin at superhuman speeds and fire sharp objects out of his tornado-like body. His neck was once broken by Colossus but he has since been cloned and brought back to life.
Harpoon is a member of the team of mutant hunters known as the Marauders.

Scrambler is a Korean-American mutant mercenary working as a member of the Marauders.
Prism is a member of the Marauders and has been resurrected by Mister Sinister several times. His clones managed to retain his abilities after M-Day.
Blockbuster is the super-strong member of the Marauders who has died in battle, yet has returned thanks to Mr. Sinister's cloning techniques.
A mutant ex-soldier with incredible strength and shockwave powers. The leader of the deadly mutant assassin team the Marauders.
A mutant able to control her bone growth, providing her with armor, clubs, and knives. As a child, she was taken in by the Morlocks where she would form the terrorist group Gene Nation before joining the X-Men. Her allegiances have shifted frequently since then. She was once de-powered after M-Day.

Mother of Hank McCoy, better known as the X-men's Beast.
The Father of Hank McCoy AKA the Beast. Norton worked in a nuclear plant and his exposure to nuclear radiation was the cause of Hank's mutation.
Originally thought to have been killed by Sabretooth on the North American Frontier, Silver Fox was romantically involved with Logan (aka: Wolverine).
Hines worked for the scientists on the Weapon X project that reinforced Wolverine's bones with adamantium and tried to brainwash him into an obedient killing machine.
Little is known about Romulus. He has been shown, however, to be extremely intelligent with connections with various governments and government programs. Romulus was ultimately behind the Weapon X Program. Given his great lifespan, and the few instances revealed about his past, Romulus is an exceptional warrior, planner and tactician.
Worked on the Howlett estate and often abused his son Dog, he may also be James Howlett's (Wolverine) real father after having a long affair with his mother.

Professor Charles Xavier is the creator of the X-Men and founder of the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters. His dream of peaceful coexistence between mutants and humanity has long been the driving force for the X-Men. An immensely powerful telepath and scientific genius, Xavier was among the world's greatest masterminds. Killed at the hands of a Phoenix crazed Cyclops, Xavier's memory and dream still remains and motivates his X-Men to keep fighting for a world that fears and hates them.
