    Short summary describing this issue.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

Charles Xavier begins to recruit mutants for his school for gifted youngers just as anti-mutant sentiment begins to rise!

Taking place before Uncanny X-men #1 we see a younger more arrogant Professor Xavier, as he travels to meet mutants and prepares his school with the help of a federal agent named Duncan. At the same time we find out that Hank Mcoy is a local high school football hero, and Warren wants to use his wings to help fight crime.

Unfortunately the tide has turned against mutant kind and the Angel finds himself up against a mutant killing robot, who during a chase ends up crumpling mysteriously.
