Who are the Evolutionaries and why doesn’t anyone remember when they fought Xavier and his original five X-Men? Cyclops and his crew on Utopia better figure out quick or the Evolutionaries are going to wipe out every human on the planet. That’s right, every HUMAN. Two issues of this huge story this month both showing X-Men/Evolutionary actionin the past and in the present.

Cover:   While I think the Revolutionaries are cool, their simplistic design hinders the epicness of this cover.  I do, however, like the parallels, though I find them a  little too colorful.  Good cover, overall, though.  The Good:   The story is actually original and compelling. The Exposition Continues 0

Considering that almost all of X-Men Giant Size was an intro into this storyline, I'm surprised this one is also mostly exposition.  A lot of the next issue is like this as well.  I wonder if this is the huge story that leads into X-Men Schism?  I don't see them resolving this any time soon unless things quickly come to a head in X-Men #14.  It's also interesting that between this story arc and Prelude to Schism we're getting a lot of back story to the original X-Men.  The one that seems to be p...
