    Six months have passed since the great sacrifice that saved the world from the evil of Apocalypse. In the intervening days, the characters we've grown to love have undergone startling changes. Professor X has left?but where has he gone?! Nightcrawler has returned to an aspect of his past, but to what?! Shadowcat has turned to a darker side of herself, but why?! Rogue may have found something long missing in her life, but what is it?! And, in the shadows, from above and below, the X-Men have been targeted by a new enemy, one that may be even more powerful and ruthless than En Sabah Nur himself! Who, or what, are the Neo?!

    BEAUTIFUL ART--- Can't say the same for the plotline...... 0

    WOW can i just say I am soo geeked for X-men to have reached 100!!!! YAY! well the covers really hyped me up! they were just awesome..... but i feel like the art was focused on too much on this issue, and yeah basically the plotline was really borrring.... just the x-men getting all together and ready for battle... i can't even remember the plotline bc it was kinda boring.... But yeah so the x-men are going to battle..... well usually comics dont take that long for me to read, yeah this one took...

    This review relates to Leinil Yu's variant cover.Good group shots are few and far between. They end up either resorting to cliched layouts or become too busy to be compelling. For issue 100 of X-Men, Marvel produced an astonishing eight covers, mostly groupshots. Art Adams produced a very fine cover with plenty of character, but a little too unfocused to make the top 250. However, the amazing Francis Leinil Yu, who was fairly new to Marvel at this point, pulls off here a very distinctive, atypic...
