idk im starting to think you may be right i mean no official source says anything about alpa or beta level mutants they are all stated on forums and sites like wikipedia and marvel database i still think that this had to be stated somewhere and i still think that these levels r probably real but im startin to get sceptical but i still belive that there are more omega level mutants than the ones stated in the comic book also even if this is true idk if magneto or even storm would be one based on the marvel database defenition they r omega but under the comicvine defenition they r not because they r both limited by their physical condition and omega by this defenition r not so idk

i looked on marvel.com and they say nothing about alpha or beta but at they same time it has been stated that there r different classes of mutants like that Jean is a class 5 and magneto is a class 4 but this was in the third movie so im enclined not to trust it

also i looked at this list some potentials on there cant be omega apocolypse was enhanced with technology  that makes him an enhanced mutant not omega level magik is a teleporter with magik powers that does not make her omega decibal was potentialy with his old powers not anymore with his new ones storm is potentially not confirmed gambit could have been but was depowered and is not anymore he doesnt even have the potential anymore sunfire i dont even know where taht came from but no mimic and rogue r strange cases with there powers of mimicry they are not bt with other peoples powers they could be so idk

Come on now, lets say it came to a big fight. Magneto is a documented Omega level mutant, Hyperstorm is not. Who would win? Hyperstorm obviously, Magneto can manipulate magnetism and the electromagnetic spectrum, but Hyperstorm is one with hyperspace which means he can control the four forces of the universe, which is electromagnetism, gravity, weak and strong nuclear force.
