    The best there is

The Story - It´s the conclusion of this limited series, where Logan helps Domino to get away from the Assassin´s Guild and The Hand, for stealing over U$ 200 mil from Bella Donna, who´s a little upset about it. In the most western scenario, both Logan and Domino enter the Assassin´s Guild  territory to make an offer: "Leave us or die. And the Money goes to charity". it´s a typical plan from Logan: if a brawl is imminent, don´t try to avoid it, but always have an ace in the hole. There´s blood, violence and some help from the X-Force and a good happy ending (with some sex for Logan and Domino).
The Writing and Art- This series was very interesting for showing the wild side of some of the X-men, even Wolverine that was very calm in the last few years (just recently, maybe two years from now, that Logan has release his rage and ferocity against his foes, killing them). It´s an interesting aproach to see Logan in a killing spree and when X-23 comes aboard it´s Quentin Tarantino all over the place, what´s very funny. Speaking of funny, reading this book was very relaxing, very entertaining, I´ve laughed a lot. We got to see some great pencils from Gabriele Dell´Otto (who also is the inker and the colorer), such as Logan an Domino cruising as they discuss their "plan", Bella Donna´s and her crew´s reaction when Logan pops his offer, Domino firing her shots and Logan slicing, Domino´s mutant power at work, The Hand´s ninjas surrounding Logan and Domino and the X-Force entering the scene and kicking some serious ass. Dell´Otto uses paint and for that he lacks some skills in drawing scenarios, so there´s an abuse of the white panels or just black or grey colors, what is a little bummer, but it´s ok.
The Conclusion - This book was more about violence than sex (we saw some hard core actions in issue # 2 and in the end of issue # 3, we see Domingo getting down on Logan) and it´s fullfilled it´s purpose: comics should be fun. It was one of the funniest readings of this year and watching Logan on a bloodlust again was awesome (he´s fierce but also he´s the man with the plan).
The Verdict - Great Art and Amazing Writing, this limited series deserves to be in your collection, so for the set it´s a solid 4.5 out 5

      Fun but short 0

I liked this limited series. It was fun in a way i never found Kyle & Yost´s X-Force ongoing to be. The story is straightforward, uncomplicated and filled with the violence the title promised. The "Sex" part is pretty non-existent in this issue with the exeption being the fun dialoge between Domino & Wolverine. They work great as a team. The worst part is that it has felt to short, the issue was over pretty fast and the series overall could have had at least one more issue. The art was g...

Art-For a comic book that is all about violence and a bit of poon tang, the art is quite sophisticated. Very beautiful but rough, a perfect representation of the two starring characters, who both encompass these two ideas in different ways. If a single panel of a comic could stand alone as a work of art, you know you’ve got some great art. Writing- As with the rest of the duo’s work, they can write an excellent blend of humor, action, and intrigue. One of my biggest complaints with wr...
