    Synopsis

In Shinobi Shaw's laboratory, his scientists are developing a device to remove mutant genes, which they test upon Nga Coy Manh. As they watch the device fail, alarms warn of intruders and Shaw dispatches his bodyguards, Clear-Cut and Mindmeld. The duo confront Caliban, Sunspot, Meltdown, Domino, and Shatterstar. While Clear-Cut fights Shatterstar, Mindmeld sends Domino's consciousness into Caliban and Meltdown's into Sunspot. The fight is quickly over now that Domino and Meltdown's bodies are rendered useless and vulnerable. Noticed only by Domino/Caliban, Clear-Cut hides a key on her unconscious form.

While X-Force is held captive, Shinobi summons Spiral to spirit away Nga and her twin brother Leong. Clear-Cut is revealed as a traitor and Mindmeld releases their hold on X-Force and enters Clear-Cut's mind. Back in her body, Domino retrieves the hidden key, frees her teammates, and leads an attack. X-Force defeats Shaw and destroys the lab, then learns that Clear-Cut had owed a debt to Cable, which is now paid in full.
