All is not as it seems at the Weisman Institute for the Criminally Insane, as Deadpool and Siryn can attest! X-Force is scattered left and right, as confusing leads lead to more dead ends. Who is Jeremy Stevens? What are his plans for X-Force’s heaviest hitters?

Deadpool helps bust Siryn out of the Weisman Institute, but the doctor has other plans. Siryn is let go, but Deadpool is committed. Boomer continues to visit Sabretooth and Sunspot spouts some Askani.

    Synopsis

At the Weisman Institute for the Criminally Insane, Siryn is awakened by what she thinks is a handsy orderly. She lashes out and finds that it is just Deadpool. He frees her from her inhibitor collar and the two march to Dr. Weisman's office, beating through any opposition on the way. They confront Dr. Weisman, who seems to regret how she's been running things. But then Jeremy Stevens (a ten-year-old detainee) shows up and knocked Deadpool out.

At the Xavier Institute, Cable and his group do their best to hold the severely damaged Pacrat together as they land. Sunspot does some fancy maneuver to ensure that the landing is more graceful than a crash, but not by much. Cable orders everyone to the medical lab to get checked out and they are pleases to find that Shatterstar is doing well in his recovery.

Siryn inexplicably arrives and barges in on a meeting with Cable and Professor Xavier. She says that everything is running fine on Dr. Weisman's end and hands over files of patients Xavier has sent over. The two mentors congratulate her on a job well done and she wishes that all missions would go so smoothly...

Cable then heads out to find Sunspot and encourage him to keep trying after his mistake in Siberia. Sunspot then says "thanks" in Askani, which completely catches Cable off guard.

Inside, Boomer tries calling home to her dad. He answers, but she just can't being herself to talk to him. Instead, she returns to the Danger Room to hang out with Sabretooth, who is suddenly talking. She hates this, as she feels lied to. He expresses a desire to go outside. After some failed attempts, Boomer finally changes the Danger Room to mirror the grounds of Xavier's Institute. Sabretooth loves the feel, but then quickly wants to go back "inside" after sensing Wolverine's presence.

Back at the Weisman Institute, Deadpool is bound and wheeled into Dr. Weisman's office. Jeremy Stevens, now showing to be possessed by the Gamesmaster, says that he is pleased to have another player in the game.
