"I love you, Hope"
Wow, what can I say about this issue?
Fantastic.
First of all Kyle and Yost giving Choi the first ten pages without dialog to depict the battle on the bridge risky, but it paid off, honestly I don’t think any artist but Choi (with the help of Oback) could have done this, the art tells its own story.
On to the story itself, no disappointment there, two scenes in this book strike me
one is when Bastion's endgame is reveled, the dialog between Cyclops and the x-men is great, one part I was not fan of is Beast, judging Scott again for creating X-Force, I mean come on, you’re whole race is about to be wiped out and you’re still upset because Scott has his own personal kill-squad? Please. Get over yourself McCoy.
Two is near the end of the book, very touching scene with Hope and Cable, you really feel for theses two. As X-Force is sent into the future the last bits of dialog are by Scott, you really get a sense of guilt he feels with a few sentences that will give you goose bumps.
