There was a stereotype ?
Issue #220 of X-Factor.
The Story: Rahne decide's to go to church and meets Shatterstar along the way and they have a bit of a chat, a run in with a demon and Feral joins them at the end.
The Good: PAD is just greta at making two characters and make it feel like the most natural thing in the world. Star and Rahne needed a good heart to heart and they get a great one and we do see a gentler side with Star and a homeless guy. The demon taking the form of a younger Rahne and killing everybody in the church was really creepy and kinda disturbing. Also this wouldn't be a PAD comic without great humour and he does deliver, for example if you want to get my title read the issue, hell even the demon had a funny line. I really like Davidson's art, it's quite simple but it captures facial expressions very well. This story arc is going to be great since it has been building up for a while now.
The Bad: Nothing.
The Verdict: X-Factor is problably my favorite ongoing series because PAD is just able to blend extremely good characterization, humour and action in one issue and make it fantastic to read. This is a buy.
