@Cherry Bomb: I didn't really like her all that much in X-3. I've got no idea why Psylocke was turning invisible in that movie, nor do I really care to ask. She was pretty though.
The little kid that plays Hit Girl off the movie kick-ass... By the time they get around to putting x23 in a movie she will be old enough. and she already has the moves
X-23 i don't know if she can really jump to moive ,this character is still too young ,and i don't know somehow some people don't like her ,not me of crouse ,i love this character.
Think about it guys. How would they include x-23 in a movie? Would it be an origin story? Because then she'd be ranging from 7 to 15 like in her first mini. All these actresses are way too old. If she's a secondary character to a Wolverine movie, she might be 15-16 like in Target X mini, and all these actresses are STILL too old.

This is, however unfortunate it is, completely accurate.
Some have said Kristen Kreuk, but I don't think so. Jessica Parker Kennedy is the right age/height to play Laura. She's recently appeared on Smallville as Plastique. I often use her as my avatar when RPing X-23.
I think Kaya Scodelario is good, she's got the look for sure, and she can act. Plus shes got that creepy but alluring blue eyes dark hair thing going that X does.

@k2:they were able to make james marsden shoot lasers out of his eyes as cyclops, a slight eye color difference would be dealt with easily, the fact that she looks like her, can act, and has played similar characters in the sort of edgy/creepy sense, i think she'd be good for the role, plus am i the only one who's sick of Summer Glau, she's not perfect for every role people.

I'm not saying they couldn't make the actress's eyes green...that's very easy to do. I was responding to swimm472's comment: "Plus shes got that creepy but alluring blue eyes dark hair thing going that X does". I pointed that X-23's eyes are green, not blue, just as a fact thing, because some people believe her to have blue eyes. This may have been caused by some instances where her eyes were miscolored in the comics. It's a trivial matter but I believe X-23 having green eyes (like her surrogate mother) is of significance, so I always pay attention to her eye color :-)
You guys I like the examples you're giving but i think they're too old and Ive tried searching for a young actress that looks likex-23 and its hard all of them are too old
I dont think she is really bad. I think she has done good work before but i also havent seen her chun-li movie or anything outside of Smallville, Chuck, and Eurotrip.
@DEGRAAF: At first I didn't mind her on Smallville but after awhile I couldn't wait till they got rid of her. Ever since then I notice the same patterns in her acting style - feels very limited to me.
@digimod: I thought her acting was the same but i just thought it was bc thats the way they wanted it. I think she can play pissed and i do think she would need some practice and guidance before being in a role like that but i know alot of people didnt like her after a while
My latest vote: Emilia Clarke from Game of Thrones (she plays Daenyrs Targeryn).
She really has the right expression to play Laura; if you keep up with the series she also plays the same kind of role: a character that has to define herself over time and free herself from her oppressor. And her eyes are pretty close!
