As Mr. Scarlet, District attorney Brian Butler equipped himself with various gadgets he created contained in a utility belt, and also used hand-to-hand combat skills and acrobatic skills to fight crime. He teamed up with his adopted son Pinky, the Whiz Kid in most of his adventures.
Pinky, the Wiz Kid was the junior sidekick to Mr. Scarlet. The two would become known as the Crimson Crusaders of Justice. His first appearance was Wow Comics #4.
