Haha, I just love how the movie made it with so many so-called "impediments" on the way. The cast was used pretty well, I'd say. And oh... Gal's just.... MMMM-HMMM. Purrfect for the role. Liked the on-screen relationship between her and Chris Pine.

Why! I stand by this thread. Wonder Woman is slaying at box office because of name value, brilliant directing and writing and quality of performances. It certainly isn't casting. In fact I'd say its the one thing holding it back apart from villains. But I would defo have replaced Houston and Thewlis for slightly bigger names and guess what, it probably would have cleared 700 mil at least by now. (love Anaya as Dr Poison, wish she had more of a role)

Imagine if Colin Firth for instance was cast as Leudendorf and say Daniel Craig as Ares. That would have put asses in seats and considering the twist wasn't anything to write home about they could have fleshed out those characters and made them more serious. I think WW is as good as Batman Begins, but there would be no argument at all if they had have done this.
