Well, Jason's three shipmates wanted to spend time with Wonder Woman, but Jason wouldn't have it.

And, the big plot twist; Jason has been raised by associates of Darkseid to hate Wonder Woman.

And Jason has a very unique power that he uses to bring Wonder Woman down, when Grail was unsuccessful; Wonder Woman successfully dodged Grail's Omega Beams that she'd previously used to kill Hercules.

And Diana held captive; perhaps next issue will give background on Jason, but perhaps Diana in captivity will modernize Marston Era material. This was a very good issue, but maybe a bit out of sink with pacing, as it clearly seems to be more on the end of the spectrum for someone between about 13 and 16 rather than the adult end of the spectrum; my take based on the dialogue.

The twist was certainly out of nowhere. Dialogue has always been iffy for me, especially when Robinson starts conversations.

Why do all of Wonder Woman's siblings try to kill her? I feel like the whole evil sibling theme is over played.

Sigh...whats the point in building up hype since the end of the New 52 about Diana's brother then just turn him into a Villain? Its one of the most common wonder woman cliches,a sibling whos trying ro kill here. This story went from 100 to 0 real quick for me.

My guess is that he'll probably see that who he's helping is evil and despicable and he'll redeem himself at a critical moment, possibly making the ultimate sacrifice to save his sister.

Espadrilles have rope soles and toe caps that makes them look more detailed and substantial, Jason's look like cheap Asian swap meet karate shoes. Visually there's not a big difference but I call them karate shoes simply because I don't like him.
