She is considered an archetype for many heroines outside of comic book. Her initial origin depicted her as a clay baby brought to life by patron goddess Aphrodite, but in recent years she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus and Amazon queen Hippolyta.

    I'm not too familiar with James Robinson's body of work but I enjoyed Earth-2 and didn't enjoy his run on Scarlet Witch so I'm not sure what to expect. I'm eager to find out more about Wonder Woman's brother Jason though, fingers crossed he's friend rather than foe. As for Emanuela Lupacchino, she's no Nicola Scott but her art sure is pretty
