How would Diana feel about their methods?

She may respect them since they are very progressive and bring out results

She'd eventually be at odds with them, because it appears that they are expected to go over the line if the situation calls for them to complete a job; it sounds like they're following orders and Wonder Woman has had problems with this.

I disagree. Wonder Woman herself has no problems crossing the line when the situation calls for it. She even told off Batman and blamed him for the deaths of innocents in Gotham because he won't just kill his villains.
