    The Amazon princess, blessed with god-like super abilities, Wonder Woman is one of Earth's most powerful defenders of peace, justice, and equality and a member of the Justice League. She is considered an archetype for many heroines outside of comic book. Her initial origin depicted her as a clay baby brought to life by patron goddess Aphrodite, but in recent years she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus and Amazon queen Hippolyta.

    Can Wonder Woman being defeated by Paradooms be considered an anti-feat or nerf?

    Can Wonder Woman being defeated by Paradooms be considered an anti-feat or nerf?

    Especially considering that she fought the original Doomsday, and Paradooms could be killed by Batgirl using a metal stick.

    No, context is key. The JL thought they were surprising Darkseid, instead they were surprised by thousands of paradooms, (which didn’t exist to their knowledge) and Darkseid.

    It’s not like Batgirl did well. She got one or two and was then brutally murdered. The only hero that did remotely well, besides Swampy, was Shazam, and he didn’t last long either.

    Of topic, that last Shazam was incredibly heartbreaking.
