That's what friends are for
As opposed to last issue which took the viewpoint of Ares Buchanan, this one takes the viewpoint of Donna Milton as she is watching over Diana in chains and being taunted by Ares. This describes her attempts to gain Diana's confidence by pretending to be her friend. As the reader is taken along through the the story we discover as does Donna that she is in fact Diana's friend. I thought this was a nice part of this issue, and the more so that Diana never showed any fear or really any doubt that Donna was really her ally. Of course, things don't end well for the heroine, but I felt the issue was overall pretty entertaining. It is in the middle of a huge story arc dealing with Ares, but more so it is very much tied into the previous issue, so at least read that one first before this.
