razzatazz's Wonder Woman #79 - The Amazon Flea Circus! review

    Post apocalyptic robots

Except for one short moment near the end, the three stories contained within are fairly typical of the era.  In the first Wonder Woman is shrunk to miniature size and made to perform in a flea circus, against actual fleas.   In the second story she becomes temporarily radioactive and must give up her crimefighting career.  The third story contains a bridge which leads to nowhere, in that people that cross it disappear.   This eventually leads Wonder Woman to discover that a future post-apocalyptic robot is inadvertently affecting the time stream.   This aspect of the third story was so abstract that it actually proved to be a good plot device.  The issue is still only average but it is nice to see that the writer sometimes thought outside the box.
