Female Fury!
Story: The men who are attacking the amazon sisters in Turkey. Diana arrives and uses her new armor to guard her from the barrage of bullets. She takes down the men and gets into the temple where all the amazon sisters are hiding. She warns them that they need to leave because they are getting reinforcements. Diana's arrival is the answer to their prayers to the gods. The amazons' priestess Alera is gravely injured from the attack. Diana asks them why they have come to Turkey. Alera tells her that this temple belonged to Aphrodite and that whenever it was sullied Aphrodite would conceal it using the earth. A young amazon woman tells Diana that Alera will be alright and that the gods answered their prayers by bringing her here. Diana has a more atheist point of view and says that the gods did not bring her here a plane did. The woman gives Diana a shield with Diana's mother's face on it. Diana hears a voice and it is her mother's. She talks to her and questions the true meaning of godly ship. She says that if she can't see them then they are not real or anything to her. The time has come to fight the men with every thing they have. Diana takes off her coat and start fighting the men. She is shot in the arm and the girl throws her the shield. The girl is killed. The amazons head across the desert to find a new spot to hide at and Diana joins them with blood all over her signifying that she killed the men.
Writing: Diana's character has definitely changed. I don't know where she got this atheist attitude against the gods. I don't know why she is questioning the fact that she can't see them and how that affects her beliefs and heritage. I also don't know why these men are attacking the amazons. What I did kind of like is that Diana was head strong about her armor and once she took off her jacket she got shot in the arm. For me there are some lingering questions that I hope get answered.
Characters: Like I said Diana has changed and I don't know the motives of some characters. Like the men and I want to know what triggered this attitude of Diana to question the gods because she can't see them. I feel that if she was going to question something like that then she would have done it over and over again over the years.
Dialogue: This dialogue does not feel like Diana's.
Art: I love it!
Cover: I thought the cover was really good looking. Diana still looked beautiful but strong.
Penciling: Everything is so detailed and amazing.
Coloring: I love it.

Reasons to pick up: The art is flawless. I have to say that. The action is pretty good and this story seems interesting.
Reasons not to pick up: Diana's character does not feel right. We don't know why the men are doing this and there are some unanswered questions.
Verdict: Do not pick up. 3 out of 5.
