Out of uniform
A relatively slower issue as the action mostly revolves around Diana's landlord Mr. Abernathy. it turns out he has a secret past and one which army intelligence is interested in. In a sort of strange twist they are protecting him even though they don't trust him. Diana and Steve have a fair amount of friction between them before Steve reveals he has been keeping a secret from Diana. I felt the turn around in attitude between Steve and Diana over a few panels was asking a bit much of what a normal person would do in that situation, especially after the way that Steve was treating Diana, with contempt and pulling rank on her. In the end though, it was an average issue because it dealt in a straightforward way with some of the realities that were present during the Cold War. In the backup story Huntress escapes from the mental hospital.
