razzatazz's Wonder Woman #298 - Catacombs review

This is one of the coolest Wonder Woman covers ever, but its too bad the interior of the comic didn't quite match it.  The story was good, and better than the previous issue, but it is still a bit too much of a case of two dimensional villains and even heroes when it comes to Steve.  Diana Prince has been sent by her military superiors to find Trevor, who is himself getting into some trouble in the captivity of Aegeus.  Some action unfolds both with Trevor and then with Wonder Woman, but the issue ends on the kind of cliffhanger which is not very climactic.  The one brighter moment though was when Athena showed up and had a short interjection of a message more relevant to the title.  In the backup story Huntress continues to battle Toro.
