 Diana is being set up by the Silver Swan (this is also the first appearance of the Silver Swan).   She appears to want to be a hero at times but Diana also thinks she is trying to kill her.   The silver Swan has stolen a briefcase from Diana which she needs to return to General Parnell but she sets it up to make it look like she has saved the briefcase.   In the meantime the secret identity of the Silver Swan has moved into Diana’s apartment as a third roommate.   There is the subplot of beauty...
