This is a good issue intended to build up some tension in Diana's efforts to stop the Kobra.  The Kobra operatives she has captured choose death over telling her any details and Steve Trevor details the destructive power of the weapon which Kobra has stolen.  Diana goes to see a voodoo mystic (Mother Juju) and she tells the story of Kobra to her.  Once she arrives in India a bit more action occurs, but even here the writer is cognizant not to ignore the poverty around Diana.  A pretty good issue...
