In disguise
This issue has an interesting concept and pulls it off well. In trying to return from Skartaris Diana and Trevor have accidentally traveled through both space and time. They were aiming for Themyscira but they ended up in the World War II era where they witness Clea from a different time frame trying to make a deal with some Germans. Hippolyta shows up on the scene but Diana disguises herself as Miss America so as to not arouse any suspicion. I thought this was a pretty fun idea, and it was kind of interesting to see Diana in a different costume. Although Diana and Trevor have friendly dinosaurs following them as well, I felt as though this part of the story provided some lighter moments. Definitely not what one might expect out of a Wonder Woman issue, but it was worth the effort.
