razzatazz's Wonder Woman #151 - The Pandora Virus Part 1 review

    Spider Man

This not a typical comic book issue but in saying that the approach builds strength towards the end of the issue.  Rama, a holdover from the previous issue, and Diana are playfully discussing the question of faith and how it applies in a multi-faith system and their discussion takes them to the WonderDome to ponder the question more seriously.  The analogy the writer makes to what the balance of religions represents was well thought out.  Meanwhile, however, dark forces seek to unleash mythical power and do so through both a combination of science and mythology (with a good golden age reference).  Diana and Rama are drawn to battle this menace, but it has unforeseen consequences for Rama.  This continues the long line of self contained story arcs which were not the format of choice over the first 140 or so issues on this title, but so far the format is working as it does here.
