Not quite there
This issue breaks the fourth wall somewhat by having a competition for charity in which Wonder Woman has only five minutes to tell a story based on a picture which she sees. This is sort of related to the dream sequence type of comic book writing wherein the whole story doesn't exist anyway. Here though it is just really filler as the writing of the comic book is already assigned to someone (namely the writer) and not the main character. Similar to the previous issue a number of seemingly random stuff occurs, such as battling a sea monster, aliens, or an adventure where Wonder Woman must stay in her secret identity throughout. It makes fora disjointed issue overall and one which falls short of what should be desired. The one high point, is that seeing as this issue was kind of nautically themed, there was an information page on the world's oceans.
