    Has it been ten years already?! Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of WONDER WOMAN'S re-launch, DC Comics presents a special-sized issue, featuring a cover by WW alumnus (and the man responsible for the first five years of the title George Perez, and pin-ups by former cover artists Brian Bolland and Nick Cardy. Inside…Diana has been struck by a mysterious malady, her flesh-and-blood body is being turned slowly into clay! To discover the cause, Diana is forced to look back on her career as Wonder Woman and delve into the history of the Amazons and look into her own origin…where some previously unknown information lurks. Also includes the back-up tale Gateway or Boston!

    I think terms of a retrospective issue looking back on the previous ten years of Wonder Woman since her reboot that Perez did pretty well here.  He framed the look-back not as just a telling of the story, but as part of a mystery to find out why Diana is reverting to clay.  I liked the concept.  Byrne here though is sort of getting credit more for the much better work of Perez and Loebs even though he mentions his own stories much more.  The backup story was poorly drawn but told a nice story to...
