Not the best of the beginnings 0
I dont know about the other series but this issue is a direct continuation of what we saw in WW Rebirth #1 and things havent improved much.This issue is very brief and not very interesting. On one side of the story we have Wonder Woman looking for Cheetah's help in her quest for the truth while on the other side we have Steve Trevor who's also in Africa looking for a terrorist; this side-story has the obvious (and probably sole) purpose of unite Diana and Trevor in a WW comic for the first time ...

Confronting the Truth 0
This issue continues right after the Rebirth special which is something some of the other titles seemed to lack. Dianna sets out on a journey to find out the truth of her past, who the amazons truly are, what she truly is and seeks the assistance of a mysterious entity. The issue starts off with a slow build as Dianna travels through a forest calling out to this mysterious presence asking for help, claiming she has not arrived as an enemy but will become one if she must to obtain the truth. Missing Elements & Starts Like the Middle of the Series 0
I'm kinda okay with not knowing what's going on in the beginning of a comic, but by the end there should be some kind of orientation or familiarity. The character looks like Wonder Woman and she's in a jungle but that's where similarities end. She flies now? No real use of any powers, some acrobatics like Tarzan. There's a parallel story with a desert guerilla warlord or some-such that doesn't meet up with anything going on with our hero. By the end, I really didn't have interest in readin...
