true. because of the leak, the film became unsuccessful

hopefully the movie is rated 18 over here in the uk and is good

that and it was horrible...horrible movies tend to do worse than good movies in theaters

Nope, I see it around 250.

That depends on two things.

1. What is its release date? Because if this film is trying to compete with the likes of Iron Man, Superman, Thor, or Pacific Rim, among others, it's gonna get stomped.
2. What is the box office history for Wolverine? Did the last movie flop? I honestly don't remember. I didn't see it in theaters, I know that much. Have people gotten tired of Logan?

this is the best answer I've read thus far!

Its going up against Smurfs 2 and the last one wasn't well received by critics and audiences.

It's the least interesting looking superhero film this year, which is against it.

The last film was terrible.

In the UK it'd be against World's End so that will affect it here, not sure about rest of world.

I think its already been established that its not going to...

Surprised it went up to 140 mil over the weekend. But even with 3D inflated ticket prices (it has almost no 3D scenes in it...) I doubt its going to get 500 mil.

350 mil seems like it would be a good number.
