Like I said earlier I haven't read the issue but the description here on comicvine for the issue says "When Jean Grey arrives on the scene, she swiftly evacuates Wolverine's still-living allies before helping him give the final push to exorcise the demons; making him have to finally "give her up" in the process".

She and Scott were meant to be.

Honestly I love the idea of them being a couple! Then again I have never liked Cyclops even from the beginning, sure he was for the most part loyal but he just annoyed me and always came off as a dick to me. I also felt that because Wolverine is more feral he would understand what Jean is going through with Phoenix more. Thats just my opinion and the fact that Cyclops is one of those characters that Ive never liked and never will.

Go back and read that story again. Braddock came onto him and he continuously denied her. Psylocke was used as a test for Scott by the writer so he could finally settle down and get married. Scott being an asshole is well documented it has nothing to do with his relationship with Jean

Scott only cheated on her with Emma during the mental affair thing and broke it off afterwards.

Scott isnt some huge cheater that you make it seem like

And I’ll give you Cyke leaving Maddie and all that for Jean, and with Emma, while he did have the affair, when Jean died in that same run, SHE was the one to push Cyclops to pursue a relationship with Emma and told him to live his life.

I still don't get why fans bring back this whole drama of this love rectangle again and again.

Writers will never tend to make relationship successful even if fans like me can show more than enough instances , that not only happened due to Morrison run but on other comic series as well ,not only due to Logan's attraction due to Phoenix manifestation but there are other plots that showed Jean and Logan cared for each other .This instances has been shown numerous times even after their marriage.

But now i never care about this anymore because writers were bound to make entitled relationships rather than relationship which could never happen....

And imo Logan's relationship with Storm will not resurface c'ause Logan is not coming back to X-Men after ROW

I can also see the readers remembering the What If comic book when Jean-as-Phoenix has fallen for Wolverine, and was unable to stop her transformation into Dark Phoenix, because 'her bond with Logan wasn't as strong'. But for me it's just as believable as another What If when the authors declare that 'only Peter Parker can wield Spider-Man's powers'.

I would love for them to get together. Jean saved Logan in "wolverine goes to hell."
