    Jubilee is Back! 19

Now that the former X-Men Mutant has lost her powers and has been infected with the vampire virus, how will Jubilee deal with her new identity? How will she repress her thirst for blood?    The Good I want to start off by saying that I am not a fan of vampire story-lines-  particularly considering the recent influx in the number of vampires and vampire themed stories in a variety of different mediums (thanks Twilight).  However, the recent development at the end of the Curse of the Mutants arc w...

With Jubilee being a Vampire will life ever be the same? 1

Cover The cover is kind of boring and the art on Jubilee I do not like that much but I do like how Wolverine looks. Story Jubilee has to go through being different from everyone around her and being a Vampire. Even though everyone is trying to help her she is still a vampire and she can’t control herself. Wolverine hates seeing her like this and tries to help especially when he sees her on a pile of dead people all around Jubilee. Then he decides he wants to help Jubilee his way. Best Part I ha...

Come and join the Jubilation 2

Coipel's Jubilee COVER: Olivier Coipel is one of my favourite artists and although I'm a little disappointed he's not doing the covers for the whole run, I'm glad that Marvel thought that this comic was 'worthy' enough to receive a cover off him. And the cover is awesome, the up-shot of the two makes them look a whole lotta awesome. Jubilee's updated costume brings out her classic glasses and yellow jacket but also brings up a new sexy black number which is perfect in representing her new vamp ...

So...I heard you turned into a vampire... 0

One of the problems I have with X-men is the number of different series of X-men comics out there. Even the limited series play some role with the current X-men story. I'm slowly getting back into X-men taking it one step at a time. Recently in the New X-men series, Jubilee was turned into a vampire in the Curse of the Mutants storyline.    This is the Jubilee I remember.    NOW SHE'S A VAMPIRE?!          Synopsis: Jubilee is a vampire. How will this affect the relationship with the ...

    Hey it's good 1

It has been a long time since I have read an X-Men book. So Wolverine and Jubilee had something to prove to me. After the basic Marvel recap page (which tells us that Wolverine is an angry dude with metal claws and Jubilee is a girl who had mutant powers and lost them, not that it matters because she is a vampire right now) we open to find Jubilee in a white room rightly a little pissed and attacking a windowed wall.  Side note: This is the first time in ages that I’ve seen normal Jubilee so s...
