5/19/19: I'm honestly surprised Marvel did this one, but Wolfpack: The Complete Collection reprints all the issues I suggested, plus Marvel Comics Presents #23 which I didn't know had a Wolfpack-related story. For the cover, I had suggested Marvel Graphic Novel #31 which was the 'Pack's first appearance, but Marvel went with the first issue of the limited series. I honestly didn't know about the MGN issue until I researched WUBI #93, so it makes sense that Wolfpack #1 would be more familiar to potential buyers.
At the risk of backpedaling, I'd like to say that I may have been too harsh on this title in WUBI #93. I was disappointed with it when I originally read it, because I expected the 'Pack to wind up with powers, or become werewolves, or something besides what actually happened. Taken without my preconceived ideas, the story is solid. As I said in the WUBI, Larry Hama is a solid writer. So my childhood disappointment aside, this will probably be a solid read. Out of nostalgia, I will almost certainly buy myself a copy. So, what about it? Did you buy it?
Did U Buy It? Let me know in the comments, and thanks for reading.
