Origin
Wicka is a member of the Tontatta Reconnaissance Team from the Kingdom of Tontatta. Their mission is to spy on the Don Quixote Family's movements on Dressrosa and steal as much weaponry as they could find to bring back to Greenbit.
Creation
Wicka (ウィッカ, Wikka) is a supporting character in the One Piece series that was created by Eiichiro Oda. The series first began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump on August 4, 1997. She would later appear in the Dressrosa Arc that began in Volume 70.
Her first appearance was in One Piece Volume ?? CH. 711 "Adventure in the Land of the Little People".

Dressrosa Arc
Zoro carried WickaWicka had stolen some weapons and other materials from a local casino in Dressrosa when she discovered she was being chased. Seemed she had stolen the Shuisui sword of Roronoa Zoro. He eventually caught up to her, got his sword back, and they fell down to the ground. She sprained her ankle in the fall, and accidentally revealed to him about the Straw Hats' ship being attacked by the Don Quixote Family. As a member of the Straw Hats, Zoro carried Wicka as she directed him.
Powers & Abilities
Super Speed
The Tontatta people have a natural ability to move an incredibly fast speed at short distances. They're nearly invisible at the speeds they can reach when not weighed down.
Super Strength
Wicka's super strengthThe Tontatta have an incredibly power of strength that comes natural. When Wicka was pounding the ground in frustration, she was also inadvertently crushing the ground beneath her.
