My first "What If.."
This is the first time I've read a "What If..." and I wasn't disappointed at all. So What if Wolverine raised Daken.........
Well I really liked the art especially the cover but the twists and turns this tale takes are what's most interesting. I'm fairly up to date with what's going on with both Wolverine and Daken so this was fun. However, Daken, the boy, turns dark for too little a reason. Maybe he has that evil streak in him to begin with but it seemed out place when it happened because he has had such a nice up bringing.
Wolverine isn't the best father really and has basic communication problems. Maybe a side effect of amnesia. Daken is basically the brooding young version of the actual character, no surprises here. Sabretooth pops up, worth a look for that actually.
Nothing much else to say really, just an interesting story with a possibly interesting ending.....? I dunno it puzzled me actually. Strange ending and such a leap too.
