The cover depicts each of the series protagonists cosplaying as one of the Straw Hats, they are mostly evenly divided so that each of the Straw Hats has two versions (with Chopper having three and Luffy appearing as himself) but a number of the characters have ties to the characters they represent:

    • Zoro: Asta (Black Clover) and Tanjiro (Kimetsu no Yaiba) are both swordsmen, interestingly, all three fight with a different number of swords; Tanjiro uses one, Asta uses two and Zoro uses three
    • Nami: Yūna (Yuragi-sō no Yūna-san) and Sakura Teshigawara (Samon-kun wa Summoner), likely chosen because they were the closest to being female leads, Yūna is blushing due to the fact she is frequently embarrassed by others accidentally seeing or touching her ghost body and Sakura is known for being impossible to corrupt whereas Nami is more likely to corrupt someone else
    • Usopp: Saiki Kusuo (Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan) and Zeroichi Namba (Spring Weapon Number One), both Saiki and Zeroichi are extremely powerful characters in their universe who are trying to just pretend to be normal kids whereas Usopp is known for often being one of the weakest in-universe but routinely lying about his strength and infamy to avoid conflict
    • Sanji: Izuku Midoriya (Boku no Hero Academia) and Soma Yukihira (Shokugeki no Soma), Soma and Sanji have both dedicated themselves to cooking while Izuku and Sanji both fight primarily with their legs, refusing to use their hands (for very different reasons)
    • Chopper: Shōyō Hinata (Haikyū!!), Masaharu Tsuchiya (Seshiji o Pin! to) and Emma (Yakusoku no Neverland), Chopper is often mistaken for a pet of the Straw Hats rather than a member due to his small size and cuteness while both Hinata and Tsuchiya are known for being very short in comparison to their teammates and Emma is still an eleven year-old kid
    • Robin: Gintoki Sakata (Gintama) and Isobe Isobee (Isobe Isobee Monogatari), relying on humor rather than accuracy, due likely to the lack of female protagonists, both Gintoki and Isobe are male characters from gag-oriented manga where it wouldn't be weird for them to dress as a woman (Gintoki having even been switched into a female for an arc where every cast member's gender was switched)
    • Franky: Ushio Hinomaru (Hinomaru Zumō) and Bolo (Demon's Plan), as Bolo was still a very new character, it is his red stone hand (similar to Hellboy) that makes him most fitting for Franky who is a cyborg with a very red color-scheme...meanwhile, Hinomaru and Franky have little in common though they both are rarely seen wearing pants or covering their chests (for very different reasons)
    • Brook: Rokumichi Kusaba (Ibitsu no Amalgam) and Masami Banba (Ole Golazo), both being two of the newest protagonists in the magazine at the time, Rokumichi is a perfect match for Brook due to the fact Brook is a living skeleton and more than half of Rokumichi's body is no longer human and just bones that he can grow and shape at will, Banba had barely appeared at all by this point though notably he had just (accidentally and awkwardly) seen the female protagonist's panties the previous issue and Brook is known for asking every female he meets if he can see their panties (usually getting hit instead)
