All For One is All Might's arch enemy, the founder of the League of Villains and the mentor and adopted father of Tomura Shigaraki. He wishes to see All Might suffer and die along with Tomura's success.
Toshinori Yagi, famously known as All Might, was the No.1 Superhero in the world. He was also formerly known as the Symbol of Peace. He had a quirk called One-For-All, which allowed him to gain superhuman strength, speed, durability and stamina. He received this quirk from a former hero named Nana Shimura. After All Might defeated All-For-One, he retired as the greatest hero due to losing his quirk. He passed on One For All to Izuku Midoriya and is currently helping him to become the greatest hero on earth.

He was the underground's most inferential broker under the alias, Joker. He possesses a devil fruit known as the string-string fruit (Ito Ito no Mi). He is a major antagonist of the Marineford Arc, and the main antagonist of the Dressrosa Saga and the Dressrosa Arc.
Eijirou is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk is called Hardening. His Quirk, or power, allows him to harden any part of his body to extreme levels. When the students at UA had to choose a hero name, he chose Red Riot.
Eizo is the PR Director of Border.
Shoto Aizawa, known by his hero name of Eraserhead, is a professional hero and homeroom teacher at UA, a school for aspiring heroes. His Quirk, or power, allows him to "erase" or cancel out another person's Quirk just by looking at them. However, if he blinks, that person's Quirk comes back, meaning he mustn't blink in order for his Quirk to stay active.

As a freelancer samurai, Gintoki will do almost any job for an appropriate payment. He is known for his love of sweets and can get pretty violent when he lacks his daily sugar.
