¹At the time this was a significant event and part of a conflict between editorial and Motomiya, as they did not want Ippiki to end since it was the singular major popular series of the time. Motomiya had tried to end it a few issues earlier and for the last two of the three issues it was absent, a two-page quiz about the series was promoted on the covers as if it was still a significant part of the issue. Several other serializations that were ongoing at this time would go on to great success (most notably Toilet Hakase) but they were still in their infancy at this time. Most of the material published in this issue was never collected or only collected decades later with the exceptions that were collected contemporaneously being mostly gags (Sanbiki, Gaeru, Hakase); Chichi and Ippiki.
