    Carnage, Shriek, Doppelganger, Carrion, and Demogoblin are in the middle of a huge wreakage. Carnage says he found the perfect place for a fire to burn Venom.

    Menawhile Spider-Man is taking refuge from his rib injury with Captain American and Firestar. they recently got in contact with Deathlok and Iron-Fist. Spider-Man swings off to check on his family.

    In Lower Manhattan, Morbius, Black Cat, and Cloak track Venom. They are all of a sudden ambushed by Demogoblin, Carrion, and Doppelganger. Not to far away, Venom is being torchered by Carnage and Shriek in the Statue of Liberty. Back in Lower Manhattan the fight still continues. Black cat kicks Doppelganger into Demogoblin. She is all most touched by Carrion but Morbius pushes her out of the way. He is injured by Carrion's touch. Cloak tries to revive him while Black Cat is taken down by Demogoblin and Doppelganger and almost killed until Nightwatch come to aid her and her team mates.

    While this is happening, Spider-Man is taking care of some nut jobs at a police station.

    All of a sudden, Demogoblin, Carrion, and Doppelganger head towards the statue of libery and Morbius and Nightwatch follow while Black Cat recoperates and Clock goes to find refuge.

    Minutes later Spider-Man groups up Captain America, Iron Fist, Firestar, and Deathlok.
